Paid Drupal services

I have a need to create what is, I believe, a custom ecommerce function. The site I am running is not live and I have not made a decision on which eCommerce package to use. I am selling software that is freely downloadable and requires a license or activation key to use after the trial period is over. I need to create a process to inventory and distribute (via email) unique keys upon purchase. At a high level, it should work like this:

The Pay, well is SUX like all startups we have no money only a GREAT idea.

The thing i've learnt is that great ideas can become something real and valueable.

My current company started as an idea, i found the technology and now we have some cool stuff that no one else has anywhere in the world and a massive market for the technology. From nothing to something in just 18months, not bad.

I know this depends heavily on how much custom coding has to be done, but is there a good range or an hourly rate that would give me a good idea of what I can expect to be charged or what I might consider charging?

I need to find an easy way to create a menu, based on the taxonomy and taxonomy order, as a easy to use cck add-on.

I have a custom module to pull all nodes with or without teasers from a specific term. The node order module doesn't seem to make a difference on the order of this field. I also think there are a few bugs in the module as it doesn't keep all data. Contact Me for the module
