Drupal 4.7.x

Hi. My contact form no longer sends emails. Recently, the only change that I recall making was clearing out my access log table (I added the dba module to do this).

The email messages are logged, but no emails are sent.

We have a site that needs a quick fix. We installed views bookmark module and need the view to sort by order of date added to bookmark...newest first. This is currently completed in drupal 5, but we are running on drupal 4.7 and is to large of a site with customizations to upgrade.

- We currently have the db capturing the timestamp of when it was added, what we need is it to merge with views so that our view will sort properly.

We need this completed by 8-24-08

The project I'm working on has a website based on Drupal 4.7.2 and it is not going to be upgraded any time soon.
I'd need a module - if it exists - that allows me to create a form where people can sign up to register for a conference.
Could you please give me any advice on how to realize that, please?

I am just creating a drupal site and had a thought cross my mind.

Is it good or bad etiquette to use a block on drupal if it is only being placed into one page?

I'm going to do that method to put something in the sidebar, but interested to know if that would be frowned upon by those in the big leagues.

Drupal Newbie - need help fixing Drupal 4.7.? site. Menu links do not send to proper location. Most links send me to the user login page. Been looking for a fix to this on the Drupal site for days now - cannot find anything similar, sorry if this is repetative.

Drupal 4.7.?
PHP 4.3.9
O/S Linux
Apache/2.0.52 (CentOS)
MySQL 4.1.20

Was hoping it was a version issue, but no luck.
