Converting to Drupal

A client of mine had a domain name www.sample.com
now my client has forwarded sample.com to somethingdifferent.com

but how can i access my site ? i can use ftp:/// 45 182.....

but that leaves me on blank page .
I already opened index.php but its all blank?:s

i guess the site forwarding has to do with it?

I'm drawing a blank here.

Wordpress offers a tool called Post Format. It allows you to theme Post content differently depending no the selected format selected. In a sense it has some overlap with Views but Views much more massive in scope. I'm wondering if there's an actual equivalent in Drupal? I feel like there may be but I can't pinpoint it.

The site is currently built with React.js. It looks like this module (or this one) can be used to integrate React.js with Drupal, but the docs aren't the most clear...anyone have experience with either of those modules?

Hello Drupals, I want to know how to migrate from blogger to drupal. Do I have to pay to migrate to drupal? Do I have to pay for web hosting? Because web hosting in blogger is free as it is powered by google.
