from Nuke to Drupal: mod_rewrite help needed

Hello,

I have just finished migrating my Nuke based website to Drupal.
What a change! I should have done it earlier! I like Drupal a lot and I believe its by far the best CMS around.

Everything runs fine, but I see that Google still pumps a lot of visitors that refer to old phpnuke urls.
I want to redirect them to the new content using mod_rewrite. I tried but unfortunately I was unsuccessful.

URL Rewriting for Downloadable Files

I'm currently converting several sites over to using Drupal on a single code base. After a lot of learning, I've managed to successfully convert all of the sites, and am quite excited about the potential of using Drupal going forward.

Strange thing after using phpBB2Drupal conversion script

Hi, All

I asked this question in Post installation, but may be thing place is more appropriate. I used the phpbb2drupal script to move my old forum discussions to Drupal.
Now users see different number of comments on the forum list page (on the contrary, the topic list is okey): guests and admin see the correct number of them, while others have this number multiplied by approximately three.

zZine Magazine is now powered by Drupal

I finally succeeded in porting zZine Magazine's old website (http://old.zzine.org) to Drupal (www.zzine.org). We needed a new website due to various reasons, and after talking with a few people I decided to stop "re-invening the wheel" and use a CMS instead... Shortly after this decision and after evaluating some possible alternatives, we decided to choose Drupal.

Hungarian Unix Portal migrated from PHPNuke to Drupal

Hungarian Unix Portal ( HUP - http://www.hup.hu ) has been recently migrated from PHP-Nuke to Drupal, the migration process involved moving stories, forum topics, polls, posts, comments, and user accounts. We also had to port the theme we were using with PHP-Nuke to PHPTemplate and localize Drupal into Hungarian.

HUP is an hungarian community website for UNIX users. It was started about six years ago. Why Drupal? Drupal appeared to be much more flexible than PHP Nuke.

ZenCart and Drupal

Hello,

Was wondering if the customer user profile information can be the same if using the ZenCart storefront along with Drupal for the rest of the user needs. I want to be able to have a user register with us, but if they want to buy an item thru our existing Zen Cart they wouldn't have to sign out or re-register.

Sorry- newbie, not sure if this is in the right section :)
