Converting to Drupal

I'm about to give Drupal a try again, however (At least) one of the mods I need to use, Drupal vB, uses 5.x but I'd like to use Drupal 6.x as it has some features that sound pretty nice. So, will this mod work in 6.x? If not, how hard would it be to make it work? What has changed between the versions that could possibly break the functionality.

I have a client that wants to build their site on the drupal platform, which I'm quite happy about. However, they have a database table that is EMPTY-ed and repopulated nightly with the current MLS (real estate) listings for their area (usually just under 20K records). They want to have a property search page inside of Drupal to search that table.

I could just create a php page to do the search, but I'd like to use Drupal's pagination feature rather than having to build my own. Anyone have any recommendations?

I have converted my website successfully to drupal but the only problem is that I want a line-break between blocks on sidebar and I don't know how to do it.

I am a newbie to drupal, so please help me.

I have a site developed in WordPress where I have automatically generated lists of posts shown inline with other content. I've been trying to find a module that will let me do this in Drupal. If one doesn't exist I am sure I can create one, but I'd rather not reinvent something.

does anybody know if there is a module with which I can produce a google map showing multiple cities in each posting in a forum? (For eg; if a person went on a trip and wrote about it, I wanted the places they went to, to show up on this map.)
