Using Drupal Forms Remotely on other html pages

Hi all,
I'm new to this whole drupal thing but I do know it's the best CMS I've used thus far. I have really been hitting it hard with ubercart and have the hang of it. But a quick question.

How can I put an "add to cart" button/form in a normal .html that would submit the data into drupal? I tried just copying and pasting the form from drupal to the html pages but no lock. Don't tell me I have to use drupal to display my content? Is there any way to replicate the drupal environment in my html pages?

I would like the user to checkout of my site in my own design.

Using FlashVideo with Views

I've just about got my site to the point where it is equal in function to our old site. However, I'm continuing to run into one issue. We have a series of 78 flash videos that need to be have as such:

Each video is displayed as a title on a single page. Upon clicking a title, a flydown underneath the title will expand and a flash video will load in. I've created my page with Views and have modified the theme template for it so that upon clicking a title it will write the content in the Teaser portion of the page (which contains the Flash video), and a link will go to the full video screen with description.

The full entry displays just fine. Flash video loads just as it should. However, in the Views page it doesn't seem to parse the [video] tag. I have enabled the FlashVideo Views module. I have also tried adding the FlashVideo: FlashVideo Video field to the display. If I add it by itself, nothing happens, and if I also try to load in Node: Teaser, I get a SQL error message:

Need DB info: SMF to D6+Advanced_Forum+Forum_Access... BY HAND!

Importing from a "vanilla" SMF install. I did not want a bridge, I hate them.

multiple teaser caegories

Hi all,

Please see http://www.totalholidayexperience.com to see what I'm basing this on. What I am struggling to get my head around is how to re-create the home page which lists 'featured posts' from each different category. I've managed to set up views for each category, which will show all 'cruise' posts for example in the cruise section.

how to keep existing external links to images when converting to drupal

Here's the issue: once the new drupal website is live, the existing links from other websites linking to for example "http://websiteurl.com/images/example.jpg" will be broken. (there are loads of links to images from other domains)

Using one Drupal install across multiple subdomains and websites?

Forgive me if these are stupid questions. I'm css/html guy who likes to fancy himself as a coder.

I work for a small nat'l non-profit with chapters spread throughout the country. The nat'l organization has a main site hosted on a dedicated server with about 6-8 chapter sites, and a few other dedicated urls from various campaigns and projects also running on the server. Most of our chapters' sites are subdomains of our main site (e.g. az.mydomain.org, ny.mydomain.org, etc) and a few that have their own urls. Those that do have their own urls are addon domains through cpanel, so their file structure on the server is the same as the subdomain chapters' sites (e.g. www.AZmydomain.org or az.mydomain.org would both be in the /public_html/az/ folder on our main account).

Here are two of my main questions:

1). Is there a way to have one installation of Drupal (located in either the root folder, or in folder one level up - e.g. www.mydomain.org/new-site/) that can control our main site, and our chapters' sites that are either in the subdomain or dedicated urls? And if so, is this something that can be done by someone with some php knowledge, but only knowledgeable enough to get himself into trouble? I'm not entirely sure how Drupal handles existing folders such as sub- and addon domains and was hoping for some enlightenment.
