Converting to Drupal

I am new to drupal. I have a client who wants to transfer is hosting to a different hosting server. He was told this could not be done, however being an IT person - I am certain this is not true... However, I am up to my ears in projects and new to drupal. I can log into the account that was used to develop the site - but not sure about an export.

Any help would greatly be appreciated at this point! He needs an answer asap and is very unhappy with his current host.

how to migrate from jhomla to drupla

I moved a drupal site to another server. Everything else works fine, but I get this error when I log in for the first time.

Also I do not see the timezone_open function in the date_api.module?

Hello everybody.

I was evaluating Drupal as the CMS for making up a new site. It's focal that it should integrate nicely with an existing phpBB3 forum.

Basically, I don't actualy want or need for the forum to be "nested" in the site. I'm ok for the two to be "in synch" with users and login state.

I have a site written in html, dhtml, javascript and custom php/mySQL and having now built two others in drupal sites I want to start converting this first one. The static content can remain as-is for the time being, but I need to add drupal to allow other users to start maintaining the site with new content. At some later stage I will then convert the old content until the whole site is drupaled. The site must stay more-or-less live during this process, ie it is ok to take it down for a couple of hours, but it can't be down for a week while I convert everything.
