Converting to Drupal

Hi everybody. I'm trying to migrate an old custom-built CMS that stores data in XML files to drupal. I've been following the instructions here: http://acquia.com/blog/migrating-drupal-way-part-i-creating-node , and everything is working well, except for taxonomy.

I have created a intranet website for my office using WAMPP server which uses Apache. But the server in my office supports only IIS 6 or 7. So i need to move the existing website to the IIS.
Can anyone guide me on how to do this. I'm a newbie. I tried searching for a long time. But couldn't get a solution.

I would like to convert, as practice, a dynamic, php website I have already made (http://halogendesigns.com) into one with a Drupal back end and custom theme. I know what my tools are: modules, Zen theme, CCK, Views, etc. and I have even read a book on Drupal development, but given my lack of real experience with Drupal I am finding it hard to see the when, how, and the why behind applying those tools.

I've imported a site using Import HTML and now I want to make it process an imported form submission and store the fields in the database. How do I capture a form submission in Drupal that comes from an imported form?

I provide a service to allow a company to do business with the government without bidding on contracts. My company has been doing this for over 23 years. I recently decided to convert to Drupal and abandon my asp site, even though I have hundreds of hours in development with dreamweaver and extensions.

Here is the scenario I am trying to duplicate:

the user buys the DIY plan
they must choose which FSC (federal supply class), 33 of them
within the fsc, there are zip files associated with each fsc and each one id unique.
currently it is setup with the 33 attributes and works perfectly.
I want to associate the appropriate zip file with the fsc chosen during checkout.
the user can then click on the zip file in their account and download it.
I also need to have a generic link list appear in every user account when they purchase a plan.

I have read many different ways to possibly make this work and believe there is a simple way to do the associations.

future: convert the files in the zip to web based forms unique to the user.

Think if you were the developer who wanted to use our service to help you get a 5-year contract with the government to provide your product/service to the government and that may help you grasp what I am trying to do.
