How to get a link on all user created content in his profile? Or perhaps a more general question.

Dear community members!

I am a very fresh (1 week) newbie in Drupal and I need a help in the following question: How to get a link on all user created content in his profile?

I have several content types on my website, like "Jokes", "Pictures" and "Recipes". They have been created using CCK.

How can I get links to the user's content in that user's profile? At the moment the profile "/user/3" shows only "View recent blog entries" link to that user's blog. I would like to have links to his pictures, jokes etc, too.

i need a similar cck field as username check modules

i have trouble in one of the cck field...

like username check module which checks for the existing users ..i need this funtion on my name where when he enters the name displays that user is already present
present
or a drop down where he gets the existing users... (like AJAX search)

can u help me how to do this...

is there any module for that...

Running Drupal on an IP address with ~username

I posted a similar question a few months ago before on this forum but never received a reply. I really need assistance now.

I'm moving an existing Drupal site on the same host but to it's own reseller space (See http://74.52.124.2/~whesc). I developed the site on our development domain using a subdomain (See http://whes.doweb.ca).

experienced developer but new to Drupal - Images 101 FAQ

I have developed many websites but I'm new to Drupal and CMS. My customer has an existing Drupal site and wants a new look and a few new pages. I've spent some time looking on drupal.org for tutorials and FAQs, but I can't seem to find information or perhaps my background and terminology usage is getting in the way. Do you folks have a document targeted for folks looking to make the move to drupal from manually coded based technologies? From what little I know about drupal it seems to be wizard driven for (in general) non-coders. This concept is interesting to me.

The concept most foreign to me at the moment is placement of images. I can't seem to find FAQ type information explaining the difference in concept of moving from code to wizard based technology. Perhaps I missed it but I can't find any info on utilizing images for Drupal newbies.

1. What kinds of images can be used?
2. Differences between global images (appear on every page rendering the 'site framework') and images unique to specific pages.
3. Image placement (position) and size (absolute v. relative). What happens when an image's native size is 500 px. but the block's size is much smaller?
4. How to add rotating multiple images in the site's main customer's branding block - adding dynamic image content?
