Converting to Drupal

I joined a reputable website called fiver and found a company call "The Instant Solutions" to help me with my website,

Things went well although they were a bit overpriced and insisted on not following the site rules which was that all payments were to be made through the sites automated payment system. The Instant Solutions didn't want to pay the commission owed to Fiverr for getting them the work. It was a mistake to take my dealings with them away from fiverr.

Hello! My wife keeps a record of family expenses in Microsoft Access, I want to transfer her workplace to Drupal 8. In fact, the whole task comes down to transferring three Access tables to MySQL. This can be done using the feeds module. But problemma occurs when data is bound.

Specifically. There are tables: 1 - category of goods; 2 - list of stores; 3 - purchase.
The first two tables are enough to import as they are. But how to make the third table add links to the entities (fields) of the first two?

Not long ago I built my website with a Divi builder on WordPress. 

Is there any possibility to convert it to Drupal?

I know in Drupal 8 hook_init() and hook_menu() are removed.

But how can I convert this 2 codes to working code in Drupal 8?

In the code of my drupal 7 module I have this line:

drupal_add_js($scroll_js, ['type' => 'inline', 'scope' => 'footer']);

To use this module, I need to change this line of code.

Cause now I get an error.

Need some help .I have to migrate around 200k user from magento to drupal 8.I already insert

users_field_data ,user__roles, users_data table .still its not  showing .Not sure what i'm missing.
