Converting to Drupal

I am converting my existing PHP project(Hospital management system) to D8. I am having hard time in understand Drupal. Although I referred many books and websites I am unable to understand terminology (like node,entity, entity form, entity type.taxonomy,views etc). can anyone explain all these terms while relating all the terms to project(Hospital management system) . Its really confusing when to create each one.

does anyone have a proven method or idea that could solve the problem?

I have managed a migration to Drupal 8.7.7 from our up to date D7 with all the nodes, but  even as the administrator I only see the titles of the book pages and no content of the body. Also when editing it seems empty and even after recreating the taxonomy terms nothing changes.

I have a PHP project with over 200 forms and lot of data is saved into mysql database through these forms. As these forms are difficult to manage I am planning to migrate the project to D8. Now I am redesigning all these forms using webforms module.Now the problem is how to handle the data that is present in the my php project related tables? how to handle this issue efficiently?

Hello every one, i have made Custom PHP site for my final year project. it is fantasy based cricket website. Now i want to migrate it to Drupal 8 so that i can manage it in a quick way. so can any one please tell me how to do that. i have search so many articles and even watched some videos but that doesn't  work at all.

The SPA is integrated with an e-commerce platform and leverages API calls to render various elements on the site.

I have problem with URL redirection from Joomla to Drupal. The old Joomla site has been shut down so, most of article link in facebook still redirect to old Joomla site (https://example.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=123:example-article&catid=123:article&Itemid=123). When click directly from facebook, it will remove index.php in the URL and it will start with https://example.com/?option=com_content...
