Converting to Drupal

I am somewhat of a newbie to Drupal, but learning on the fly so to speak.

Currently, I am attempting to import a 500 page website into Drupal.

I installed the Import HTML and HTMLtidy modules, verifying and following the instructions.

When I attempt to import a small folder with 3 pages, I receive the error message:

This is my first post. I'm not aware if this is the right location to ask this. I'm making a site wherein I want to show the current course that I'm gonna teach to my pupils.In this page there should also be links provided to my previous courses. Now when I'm done with this course I want to transfer it to a previous course or rather automatically create a link for it and get the new course content in it's place. I just think doing manually is kind of stupid.

I am attempting to make an alert system for our church's nursery using SMS to the parent's cell phone. I have found the SMS framework and have some ideas about setting up the parents as users with their cell phone information in the user area. I am not sure how to put the pieces together. Ideally I would like to present a list of parents. The user would click on the person to be notified, display a list of messages (either drop down or radio buttons) and an option to type a custom message.

each image has it's own title and text and contained in a certain gallery

i want to migrate this site data to a drupal site

how can i do that ?

I have converted a Html theme into drupal template, i was using garland theme as administrator login and for changing the content. but by mistakenly i selected my html theme as an administrator theme. i have not configured the login block to the html template and now i am not able to login or make any changes into my template, can visit my site at www.creativewebsitedevelopers.net.

I have installed Drupal successfully using Fantastistico, where I would like site to be. I have all of the existing files and folders for the site that is currently being hosted elsewhere. I want to now bring this across into the new site and I am wondering which files and folders I need to copy across to make this happen. The folders are: automatic_scripts, includes, misc, modules, profiles, scripts, sites and themes along with all of the php files etc. Thanks
