I have a site that was created using Website Builder. This tool was supplied by my webhost. It is very easy to use but not very powerful. Now after a few months I find I want to add more features to my website. Is it possible to add Drupal to my existing site? Then add and use Drupal modules to create more features and content. Of do I need to delete my current site and start from scratch with Drupal?
We switched to Drupal quite a while ago, but after looking at the server logs, I see people are still looking for us at the old CMS addresses. It was a Joomla install so the addresses are like www.example.com/joomla/index.php?option=com_events&task=.... I just want to redirect them all to the root (www.example.com/) of the new site.
Anybody know the most effective way to migrate a Plone site into a Drupal site? I checked the documentation page and there were migrating tips for almost every CMS, but Plone.
Has anyone tried and had a lot of problems? Would it be easier to just re-build the site in Drupal the long way?
I have a static (non-drupal) site already up and running. I would like to give some non-tech users the ability to change some content blocks on the site without having to depend on the webmaster or knowledge of programming e.g. content for a couple of DIVs on the home page.
Can I use use drupal for that? Can I use drupal without having to redo the whole site as a drupal site? just allow the users to update selective content?
