I am planning to start a program called "Eradicate Hunger" on my website. I am planning to design a button named "Donate". People will click on it and we donate some amount of grains to the needy.The following is the requirement,
1) Counter which keeps track of number of clicks from a unique IP.
2) Prevent people to keep clicking from a single IP

Is there any module for achieving this?

First off, i'm a complete newbie hack (otherwise known as a "Flash guy").

With that out of the way, i'd like to pose this question:

In each user's profile, i'm trying to get a block to show embedded videos (YouTube and the like). I created a custom content type called "embedvideos" that is basically just a title field and a "paste embed code here" field (i have full html input specified as default).

:) Well I've installed drupal and have a few modules installed. My problem arrises as I have no idea how to enable my users to be able to create groups. I have og setup and I can create groups but there is no option for users to create their own groups.

Also I was wondering if i could add 2 fields (latitude and longitude) to the database table for organic groups so that as the group is loaded it puts a marker on a google map ? And finally can i integrate a google map so that it is a part of all groups . i.e each group has its own google map.

Anyone out there used the Dolphin community software from Boonex?
Would welcome experiences and opinions as to Drupal vs Dolphin, especially for social networking ...

I'm thinking of a module that is capable to handle an email and then publish it.. I was thinking of this workflow:

1. a user can create an account and then he receives a personal email-adress
2. When the user sends from his given email-adress to his email-adress at the website, the content of his email is published.
