I am planning to start a program called "Eradicate Hunger" on my website. I am planning to design a button named "Donate". People will click on it and we donate some amount of grains to the needy.The following is the requirement,
1) Counter which keeps track of number of clicks from a unique IP.
2) Prevent people to keep clicking from a single IP

Is there any module for achieving this?

Please help me for this cause. I will be grateful.

I don't think the Links module authenticates by IP but it does have a click counter. Perhaps you could put in a feature request:

Also, check out Openads. They may have that functionality but I can't remember:
