I'm kind of new to the whole drupal scene, but I'm a little bit desperate :-)
What I need to accomplish for my school project:

- users have te sign in and they belong to a group (an enterprise example : administration, logistics, packaging, etc.).
Each "group" has its' own forum where they can post their opinions and ideas (topics).
User can rate topics of other (group)users by voting (positive or negative). Users also have to give an argument why they vote positive or negative (this is very important).
