Hosting support

In my search for a hosting provider for someone I ran across vistapages.com. Has anyone here ever use them and if so what do you think of them? I have become rather disappointed with the response time of 1and1's servers, but they also offer one of the most competitive pricing plans. I did visit a few sites hosted by them and the response time was very good.

So I'm just curious, how does drupal run on their servers? Anybody?

I'm in the process of switching to BlueHost as my hosting provider. Right now I've got Drupal installed via their Fantastico program. I'm trying to import the exported database from the old site but it keeps giving me a 1044 error, saying my username doesn't have rights to the database. I think it was trying to create a database through myPHPadmin and failing, since all that has to be done through CPanel. I contacted BlueHost and they said I needed to change the username in my scripts. Whatever that means. Any idea?

I've seen mixed feedback on using the Media Temple gridserver option, but I'm considering going with them for a VPS.

Does anyone have any experience with this product, and/or their general service and support?
