Looking for a good host

I am looking for a good host. Ideally a reseller package since I have about 15-20 domains most of which run on Drupal or Wordpress.

I need about 5GB space with the usual addons/features. And of course latest in the AMP combination.

Any leads would be greatly helpul.

modules and themes

Hi,

I'm using a free hosting server(www.byethost.com) for a drupal site that I'm working on. I downloaded, unzipped and installed some contributed modules and themes in the following directory
/jyuzsports.com/htdocs/sites/all/modules
/jyuzsports.com/htdocs/sites/all/themes respectively

But the problem is I cannot access the modules and themes on the browser while trying to enable them. Is there something I did not do right?

I hope someone could help with this.

new to drupal and excited

Hi Everyone,

I recently made a development server using WAMP and Drupal 6. All this local development is to help me get more confidence using drupal. Sooner or later I'll need to move to a live environment but I don't intend on getting all the bells and whistles in a host/ hosting plan so I'm aiming for value and relatively low but justifiable cost. That's where I'll need some suggestions from experienced users such as yourselves in regards to hosts.

Which host will suit my needs??

AN Hosting

Hey guyz,

i need some help and guidance.
I have just newly had my drupal site hosted with AN Hosting. Installation went smoothly, only to discover that they are still running drupal version 6.9. So i need to upgrade my site to lastest version of drupal for security purposes.
Now the folks @ AN Hosting wont provide any instructions on upgrading to the lastes version of drupal, they advised me to stick with 6.9 for now.

Now my question to the people who have their site on AN Hosting and just upgraded their drupal installation, how did u go about it ?

Host needed for site using CDN2 Module - Port 8080 Open

Hello,

I just set up a new site to feature some archaeological videos that I have taken over the years.

I hosted up at Godaddy but they will not allow an open port 8080 required to run module CDN2.

Can anyone suggest a good host that will allow open port 8080 and will support the CDN2 Module?

Thanks in advance,

Dan
