Translations

Is anybody else having the same problem?

This time is not a problem with my .po files... Any file (from any language) I try to import in my 2 sites, the help strings of the administrator stay exactly the same...

Any idea regarding this problem? Is it a bug?

how do i install a language?

I finished translating all the pt-pt language. But, some of the strings doesn't appear even when I know they are on the file.

Example:

Install Portuguese as a language and import the locale-module.po (from de CVS), if you see the file, there will be a translation there for:

i use localization to traslate drupal in greek
but character "ρ" in greek doesn't display.
so i tryed to rolle back in english with no effect
the defult lang still be greek
the same hapen when i try to delate greek lan

any suggestion?

How do we trigger a new official release and a translation status book page update (http://drupal.org/translation-status)? The French translation official release seems so behind the CVS release there is no point getting the official relase anymore.

I counted 1656 differences between the CVS and the official release (diff frcvs/fr/fr.po fr45/fr/fr.po | grep msg | wc)
