I´m building a new version of my site (using Drupal 6.2), and when I try to put my language
(Brazilian portuguese), I get the errors shown in the screenshots bellow.
I´ve installed Drupal before without troubles, but for now I have no idea what´s wrong. Clues?
I´ve posted this topic in Brazilian forum and didn´t recept any answer... 8-(
I wonder why if there is a module of Drupal which translates our site to the language we want to, then this excelent site, organization or as you want to tell it is just in English.
Is it to hard the user of drupal.org or any user wants to visit the site could do it in its own language?
I'm developing a digital newspaper and I must to show the date but month appers in English, instead Spanish.
"Domingo, 1 de June de 2008"
I don't know why? because I've imported es.po several times and I see in that file that "June" is translated to "Junio" in Spanish ... so I don't know where is the problem ...
New Bee with Drupal.
I need to have my site translated in two or more languages.
I have installed Drupal 6.2, and i played with the Locale module....
I am able to create Content types with "Enabled, with translation" capability, but that would create a link on the page to switch from one language to another.
What I prefer to do is to create a prefix, where users can switch back and forth from one language to another.
If you could help me with a link to a step by step tutorial I would highly appreciated.
Hello,
I am new to drupal and started immediately with drupal 6.
Installed everyting without a problem and did first steps of configuration and creating content again without any problem.
Now, I am trying to setup drupal 6 as a mutli language site: dutch and french.
I imported (at installation) the correct language and enabled the language-switch block.
I configured the language setting as "path prefix with language fallback"
On the page and story content type I checked the enabled-with-translation checkbox for multi language support.
