Translations

Hi, I was wondering if someone could please help shed some light to a non-techie person. At the moment we are running a bilingual website. Each story we have has a translated version. On our homepage we have snapshots of the story and then a automatically generated "more" which will take you to the full story. On the translated side of our website we have the same format, but when clicking on the read ore there it takes you to the full story in the correct language. The issue is that clicking this more takes you to a page that has the english menu items not the translated site.

I have the module Invite translated to dutch, but I will not be in the Dutch translation ... how can I fix this? have completed everything I think.

I am getting the following messege on my module forum page: recoverable fatal error: Object of class stdClass could not be converted to string in /home/nccrmag/public_html/includes/theme.inc on line 1699. What is this and is there a fix for it?

Is there a standard procedure for translating taxonomy terms and vocabs. in any and for how many langs do i want to?
I've tried but still no luck.Do i have to clear the cache or something in order to work?

Hi, I am new to Drupal and considering to use Drupal for my new project.

I have a question about multisites and multilingual

I know Drupal have multisites, multilingual and tranlation modules.

In my case, I will have two site, let say:
1: mysite.com(in English)
2: mysite.co.jp(in Japanese)

They suppose to have same content in different language.

I will do the content management at mysite.com myself.

After that, my partner will do the tranlation and post the same content in Japanese at mysite.co.jp

Xliff module is availble in drupal 6.Is there any module for mass import and export files using Xliff tools
