I have a multilingual (English is the default language) Drupal 7 site. The language detection is set to URL, with the domain being the part of the url that detects language.
Every now and then (approximately every few days) the front page, and the front page only, will display the default language (English) as opposed to the correct language.
I believe it is related to the page cache, as clearing the cache rectifies the problem, but I cannot work out what is causing the problem.
I am using Drupal 8(latest version) for a multilingual website and so far the multilingual is working great with some tweaking and added modules. Although there is something I can't figure out and I think it should be a fix on the core of Drupal multilingual.
Hello,
Does anyone have the solution to get the url of my translated content. I only have links in French with the field "Link to content" since my sight. I have been looking for a few days but no solution.
Hi all. We're starting our upgrade from D7 to D8. I have a general question about implementing a multilingual site, given we have limited resources and a tight timeline, and currently we do not have any multilingual content on our D7 site.
If we were to build our D8 site using only English, and then decide to implement multilingual functionality in the future, how much of a headache will it be to implement after the fact?
I am a new user of Drupal. Have version 8.x installed. In the settings everything is set to "Dutch". But stil all the all text remains in English. What do I have to do to let Drupal speak "Dutch"?
I've created a View and have translated everything successfully. Though when I added a NO RESULTS BEHAVIOR - No results text condition to one of my fields, I couldn't find that text to be available for translation. Other texts show up just fine, such as labels.
