really I am in hard situation I am new to drupal and want to know how to setup multi language website,,
After googling it I face many modules:
1.locale
2. i18
3.translation files.
and I ask someone about that he told me thats I should make 2 themes for the 2 languages.
My vision Thats I want to implement a language switcher for choosing and when The user choose the language the browser show the home page of the selected language.
What I want the order of steps to do that, and the required module to accomplish it..
can you please help me to switch language by cookie or something else than the language prefix in the url.

I have a janrain modul installed. In profile a menu shows up with text "3rd party identities". I was able to translate that, but under that there is a text "Add 3rd party identifier". How and where do i translate that?
