How do I configure all javascript files with the "async" attribute?

I'm using Drupal 7.

How to print taxonomy terms as a un-ordered list in page.tpl.php. Where i want to print a taxonomy term called "Article Category" and all its vocabularies one by one as a un-ordered list, so it can be used as a menu. Can't understand, any idea?
Note: I have learned about a module "Taxonomy Menu" but looking for a programmatic solution.

I'm starting to play bootstrap drupal, and first I have come across a problem. The theme shows me a different home screen, if the user is logged in or not.

I do not want to make that distinction, and I want the same screen even if you do not log. I've been looking where that distinction is made because when you are not logged in the body has class-id = not loged-in, but not found.

You know as I can do the same independent homepagelogin?

so i really think that bootstrap is an incredibly easy framework to build with, and it's popular FAR beyond the drupal community

for years, people have expressed no regret using google's CDN to serve up scripts...and now bootstrap CDN offers the ability to serve up the theme and an optional swatch via CDN - which puts the whole theme into the hands of a third party.

just wondering if themers out there have opinions on this.

Is there a way of adding custom classes to certain webform elements (preferably without doing jQuery on each element name)?

This is to that I can write jQuery to, for instance, reorder DOB year dates, hide day & month fields on dates that need to be year only, etc.

I am using drupal 7.23

I have 2 fields to get the tags
1.- Autocomplete term widget ( i don't have problems with it )
2 - select list term ( this is my problem)
