The second London Minibar will be taking place this Friday 8 Dec. For more information see http://barcamp.org/minibar.
The last event was so full of companies interested in moving to Drupal that I never got a chance to shut up. It was so full of people wanting to know about Drupal that I am even sponsoring the January event.
Anyone interested in a Friday, December15th, 5pm Drupal 5.x / 4.7.x-dev meeting in Santa Monica (California) drop me a line. I'm open to suggestions that are child-friendly, and have both beer and pizza, or their equivalents.
Join us at the Drupal CMS Academy, a new collaborative online learning environment for those interested in learning how to use the Drupal content management system. The Drupal CMS Academy supports learners as they maximize their performance in the installation, administration and customization of a Drupal based web site.
Hey, sepeck and I are sponsoring the first event. Come on by and meet and greet with other friendly folks, so we can get this DUG off on the right foot and be part of shaping our future directions. ;-)
The 2007 MySQL Conference & Expo will take place on April 23rd-26th in Santa Clara, California. As last year, we are arranging a ".org-Pavilion" where we would like to give Open Source Projects related to or based on MySQL an opportunity to showcase their work.
I was wondering if some people from the Drupal Community would be interested in representing and demonstrating the CMS there. If you are interested, please contact me directly or the MySQL Community Relations team at community@mysql.com.
I have created a flexinode allowing users to add events. Users can also add Google Maps info to that event flexinode.
So 3 fields are displayed -in the gmap area- when a user submits an event: latitude, longitude and address (+ the map itself). I would like to remove the latitude and longitude fields (and possibly the map) from the flexinode submission form. Is it possible?
It seems that I have to look in the gmap_location module to delete some code, but I am not sure about it (not a coder).
