OSCOM 4 is the fourth conference of OSCOM (The international association for Open Source Content Management), where all kinds of content management framework authors and users meet. This fall the conference also features an Apache Track, which means quite a few sessions on Apache Software Foundation projects, like PHP, Jakarta, and the Apache HTTP server. For the first time, Drupal will also be represented on the conference, with an introductory session.
Let me place the conclusion at the top: Despite the fact that I did not manage to get Drupal t-shirts and that the Drupal poster wasn't printed the way I expected it, LinuxTag was a success for the Drupal project and a very interesting experience for myself.
So here is a short account on my first day at LT. I only was able to come here at 1pm due to difficulties with printing the poster. Due to this difficulties the poster does not look as good as it should but nobody seems to notice. ;)
I am sharing the CMS booth with a few other projects so it quite crowded. But there are enough power outlets and connectivity is good, so nobody complains.
