Alloutguitar.com goes live running on Drupal

Alloutguitar.com is the first fully fledged free to use on line guitar magazine, designed to appeal to all guitar fans regardless of musical taste.

It's running on 4.7! With a bunch of contributed modules. Drop by and have a look. If anyone fancies getting involved, please contact contribute@alloutguitar.com. I could always do with another Drupaller to bounce ideas off!

Cheers

iPodTotal and zuneTotal – Two sites in Spanish related to portable media players

I made two Drupal 4.7 based sites dedicated to portable media player. Both sites are in Spanish.
The first one, iPodTotal.com, is a site dedicated to Apple’s iPod and has been online for one year. It’s mainly a news site but it has forums, reviews and a section for iPod related software. In the software section I use votingapi and a slightly modified version of the simplevote module to allow users to rate the applications.

IIS Aid launches on Drupal

IIS Aid has been a work in progress for quite a few months now, but it is now ready to open up to the public;

OJ Mayo

Still a test site, i threw together. OJ Mayo, high school player from Ohio, with as much or even more controversy and attention surrounding him since Lebron James. The word on the street is that he has verbalized coming to USC. Wouldn't that be a treat for the Trojan Basketball program.

As a USC basketball fan, I have worked a few days on http://www.ojmayo.tv (but, i do have to admit there is not much content as of now.)

Other sites I have been working on recently:

The Weather Watch (My 2nd Drupal Site)

I am working on my 2nd site using Drupal. theweatherwatch.com is a website dedicated to education about weather and Natural Disasters. Visit the site At www.theweatherwatch.com and let me know what you think!

MTV-UK launches ambitious Drupal site

MTV-UK runs Drupal

For anyone interested in seeing a Drupal site that pushes all the known limits of what Drupal can do, check out MTV-UK's newly relaunched site.

From the Lullabot press release:

Our users now have the ability to create and upload content to mtvflux.co.uk that will also be showcased on the broadcast channel. Drupal’s social networking capabilities make it a good match for our local development team’s needs and the software’s extensibility has allowed the creation of modules to interact with our on-air systems as well as SMS mobile and Flash-based interactive systems.

The site is built on Drupal 4.7 (with several improvements contributed for Drupal 5.0) and utilizes over 40 contributed modules, including the Content Construction Kit, Image, Buddylist, PrivateMsg, Views, VotingAPI, Webform and others. In addition, several additional modules were developed by the Lullabot team just for MTV.
