The Fashion Retail Academy is the first of the uk government's new skills academies and aims to prepare young people for work in the fashion industry (CSS design by Maime - http://www.maimewinters.co.uk/)
After using Typo3 and trying to make a community site we now changed to Drupal 4.7 and I am very happy with my decision.
We are a christian international youth group in Germany, Hamburg. We meet to make party, make and hear music and take time to meet with our wonderful god.
We use this site to communicate, plan and organize our work. Let's have a look: http://www.ya-int.de
This forum shows very goods sites that do not look like Drupal at all.
I wonder if there's tutorial to create a site like that (may be just one page).
Or at least where should I look at. (module? theme?, etc...)
How about a pratical simple question:
I want to create a link called "About Us" and when user click on the link
a page will shows with some description and perhaps a picture.
This was the second drupal production site that we ever did at Digett (http://digett.com). Modules used include category, cck, views, image/image_gallery and gmap. The flash photo galleries on the home page and the about/environment pages use xmlrpc to load photos from a specified image_gallery so the client has control of those galleries as well as the other content.
