the.failbo.at

This is my personal site, where I will post my projects and my thoughts. Very little content for now since I've spent most of my time trying to make it a nice looking Drupal site.

Drift50.com | Drifting (motorsport) + YouTube

Drift50.com Our slogan 'The prolific Fox Mustang becomes a drift machine in "David: Drifter - the Fox Chronicles"' pretty much explains the website. For an explanation of drifting, well it's better to see than explain. I built this site to promote my and my friend's project of turning an ordinary and available car like the Mustang into a competitive Drift car. The site is pretty basic Drupal (views, cck & other contrib's) with a seasoning of some really basic use of the YouTube API.

CoderMonkey Now Proudly Running Drupal

I setup my new site, and took it right into Drupal.

You can check it out at: CoderMonkey. Right now, it's a bit sparse because I have been working on adding modules that may be useful. Currently, I use the following modules:

Palo Alto Activism at PaloAltoActivism.com

Mainly wanted a discussion forum, and I'm feeling pretty good about going with Drupal. Regardless, the best software in the world wouldn't have an easy time getting rich Palo Altans off their behinds! :)

In any case, I'm a bit disappointed that the Forum module/feature is really just a Node-with-Comments thing. It works, but it's not quite a forum forum - if that makes sense. And I'm having difficulty with RSS feeds working - which is huge for me.

In any case, lots of work to do - probably write me own RSS fix/feed/mod soon, but liking Drupal for the most part.
