Sin2.0 is a social bookmarking and news site dedicated to serving the adult entertainment industry. The site is essentially a digg/netscape clone with special features intended to foster user participation and community building among members of this industry.

The site displays the most popular news on the front page, as determined by story freshness and user votes. Industry News is further divided into nine "Channels", where each channel shows the most popular news for that industry niche.

Before beginning work on the site we consulted a number of informative threads posted here on Drupal.org on the subject of making a social bookmarking site. It seems many people are interested in using Drupal to create this type of site. One solution we found was well documented, and seems to be the most popular among the Drupal-based Diggs I have seen. The method to which I'm referring involves the Voting API, the Vote Up/Down Module and Voting Actions Module. The gist of this approach is to use a programmed set of actions to determine whether a node is to appear on the front page.

Thank you all for all your ideas and work to help me put this together in a relatively short period of time. You can view the site at: http://www.numveda.com/. We are in the process of tying up a few loose ends and cleaning up the logo etc - but we have a majority of the work completed.

In Chameleon theme I used concepts in Litejazz theme but no need for ThemeSettingsAPI Module to achieve the same functionality. It is a very reliable theme, it validates XHTML 1.0 Strict / CSS 2 and can be fixed or fluid width. Because I am a perfectionist Chameleon theme is cross-browser compatible; works excellent in Firefox 2.0 and IE 6, IE 7, Opera 9, Netscape 8. Looks ugly in NS 4.73 but it is readable :)

BTW, the graphics were inspired by the Joomla's RoketTheme.
