My Personal Art Website

Hi,

I've made the switch from joomla to drupal. I can't say it was easy but I am pleased I've done it.

I found joomla too restrictive in many respects and Drupal has given me the flexibility I needed to create something that works for me.

Check out my site at:

Warning: there is some mild nudity on this site (artistic, not photography)

I've used the following key modules:

Personal website in brazilian portuguese

Pixel Gordo, my site about videogames to learn drupal

Hi

I'm building a site about videogames based in drupal. I'm not a profesional and I just want to learn and having fun with drupal. I usually read about design, usability and such kind of things and I try to put them all in practise with my own site.

I know the general look is maybe a little outdated with a phpnuke look and feel but I think people is, more or less, accustomed to this kind of sites.

I can hardly write a couple of lines of php so the site is very simple, I use a couple of modules (see at the end of the post) and a custom theme. This is the main skeleton of the site, some php snippets with node-type templates and embeded views make the rest.

As I said, I'm not a profesional and the site is mainly for education-fun purposes (I'd like to grow, of course) but I'd like to know any kind of opinion. The site is in spanish but you can translate it to english or french using google translations (right sidebar of the site). Some things doesn't work in the translated version anyway (like jquery expanding divs)
