I am new to this community so please pardon me if I do not follow some rules of the forum. I recently installed Drupal 4.6.5. I am using it primarily as a blogging engine. My current setup is this: I created several login accounts for authenticated users and any of those users can post comments to blogs. What I would like to configure next is to allow any user (I presume that a user who is not logged in is an anonymous user?) including anonymous to view the content of the blog without having to log in. Is this possible? How can I configure that?
This problem started off a month ago. One of our staff members could not view the homepage and other public pages anymore retrieving a blank screen in return.
First of all I thought it was again something like the memory issue, but this time I was able to view the public pages as hundreds of other users. As a matter of fact he IS able to visit the administration pages which have a different custom theme.
OK - this is probably a really stupid question but since I can't find out I'll ask it anyway.
I have enabled the profilemodule. I have gone to settings>profiles and created some fields.
But where do I find the actual profilepage??
I went to my account and tried to click on the choice "personal information" I got nothing. Came back to frontpage.
I looked in users and found nothing.
Where am I supposed to find it?
