Hi,
I wanted to know how I can add static content to the drupal main page.
For example, If you see the spread firefox main page, there are some static stuff on the top, which is followed by news.
I want to do something like that. How do I do it?
bye
I'm testing drupal to develope a site with the possibility to have a multiple groups, I've been able to do that but with some problems:
1) Anonimous user can't see the groups content (No post in this group is shown), the idea of the site is to group some people but not to make private the content they write.
2) Llogged users can modify any group, even delete them.
What I wish to acomplish is to have a group, everyone can read it, only subscribed users can write to that group and only the group creator can change the group configuration or delete it.
I originally put this in Issues, but it's been ignored...so I'm posting here hoping to get an answer:
I'm in a very unique and critical situation here, in that: I'm on a new host that runs an odd, experimental, clustered hosting system. The problem is that when img_assist sets up its "add image" link under an input field, it looks like this:
i would like to have these translated into the appropriate html which would shove the first image into a div with the id of "leftimage" and the second into a div with the id of "rightimage".
although it'd be nice to reformat the code in the middle, it's possible for it to be regular html too.
I'm finding the configuration of Syndication somewhat confusing and I wonder if someone can point me in the right direction:
I simply want to be able to easily configure syndication such that when clicking the XML icon under "syndicate", only "blog-related" content-types are generated in the XML. At the moment content of type "story" is listed in the XML as well. I basically would like to restrict or otherwise control the content-types that are accessed via the syndication block.
