Post installation

To my dismay, I learned that Google has changed the format of its RSS news feeds. A link to a news article that was once:

news.google.com/news/url?...4456b3208be04&cid=1106225330&ei=cmdXROaFBYqcHY3bnakG

becomes

news.google.com/news/url?...4456b3208be04&cid=1106225330&ei=1mZXRKfuC8WeHNmLhKAH

a few minutes later. Notice the different in the last part of the URL. Perhaps Google is doing this on purpose?

I have the Links Package up and running and everything works the way i would expect but i've noticed it installed a Weblinks blogroll block that i can enable in the blocks section.

How do I allow my members with blogs to create their own unique blog roll links block ?

With 4.7, I would like to setup a blog website where my users can maintain their own blogs with their own categories. Images that a user uploaded can only be browsed by that user himself. Of course, after posting, that blog together with the accompanying image(s) are visible to the public.

Can someone give a brief step-by-step on how to achieve that with the image and taxonomy_access modules. This is very important. Appreciate your help. TIA.
