Post installation

I can see that the user is still logged in. Is there an easy way to do this at the site level without having to restart apache or something?

I was running 4.5, and 4.6 for months, 4.6 i had the flat forums, and privatemsgs working.

backed up my users DB and a few other minimal things,

installed drupal 4.7 fresh new files/db

when i install the privatemsgs module, and try to message someone, after i click SEND the screen goes blank, just white, if i browse back (with the back arrow on firefox/explorer) i can get back to the site, the first link i click then states at the top in red "The User **** Doesn't eccept private messages"

very odd, did clean installs and backups over and over, same issue.

OK, I'm not sure if my subject conveys what I'm after. I am creating a site for a sorority, and they want a section for alumnae. It should have the option of being restricted by role. They want it to be like a meeting place for alumnae and for each alumna to have her own blog etc. Any ideas on the best way to accomplish this?

Hi, i'm getting a sql error everytime i try to add a block with no title - i remember a while back seeing something that lets you add more than one block without titles, without getting the sql error "duplicate entry in key etc..."

I can't seem to find this, if anybody can point me in the right direction, much appreciated.

I have noticed that if you type too long of a line in "codefilter.module" it will shorten your code to the lenght of the page by trim() or wordwrap() or something. As long as you use the "<code>" tags.
However, if you use "<?php" Geshifilter and codefilter don't wordwrap or trim the text to the page lengh. What is missing in their code?

Also I noticed that if there is a glossary term in the code it will be added and that will mess up the block of code.
