Post installation

What I love/hate (cross out whatever suits you) about this community is its (in)-ability to answer the questions I feel are damn important to me.

Is anyone aware of a module that would provide a some sort of company directory (name,photo,phone, email,etc.)?

I'm basically looking for an org-chart type module that you could drill down into to get detail information.

I'm very new to drupal and I seem to be unable to figure out how to add links that appear in the header. For instance, the links here to Support, Handbooks, Forum, etc.

I've been back and worth between Administer >> Menu and Administer >> Blocks and I can't seem to figure out what to do.

Hello all,
I have a couple Drupal sites on a hosted environment. They are presently 4.6.5. I want to upgrade these to 4.7, but I have a couple of questions:

1. Has the database changed? Can I just update the Drupal source or has the database changed?

2. Is there a preferred or recommended method to perform the upgrade?

On the TinyMCE module page it indicates that there is integrated image upload capabilities. I'm having trouble locating any documentation that describes how to enable that function. So far, I have tiny MCE working fantastically as far a formatting goes and I'm really happy with it.

Can anyone please help me figure out what I am missing as far as integrated image uploads go?

How can I modify the email that is sent to new users. At the moment it reads something like..
"A site administrator at drupal has created an account for you. You may now log in to ..."

And I want to change this. Where is this information stored?
