I installed drupal 4.7 and every thing was working fine.
I tried playing with Primary Links and menus.
After some customization the "create content" menu item which was visible under "Navigation"
for only logged in users, is now visible to anonymous users as well.
I am not sure how to prevent not logged in users from seeing the "create content" menu item.
If i click the reset button for "create content", It is moved under Primary links and is disabled, i.e.
no one can see it, in Primary links.
I found a similar problem in the message boards but it was for RC4. I downloaded 4.7 30 minutes ago from this website. I couldn't find any kind of signature for the file but i've used 4.6 a lot before and i recognized most of the directory structure. I did just like i had done before on 4.6 and imported the pgsql dump, configured sites/default/settings.php and browsed to the website. It worked fine after removing some things from .htaccess that were not supported by the vhost configuration but when trying to create my first user it says i must enter a username and an e-mail address.
