So, it would look like this:

- ....
(left block)
Personal block
-news

-....
(right block)

Because the current login menu is not so good looking, I was going to delete it and just add links elsewhere that link to the login/register page. I just don't know how to delete the login menu. Any suggestions?
I've had big problems trying to have URL aliases with å, ä and ö (Swedish chars). So why would any sane person want that? Well we want to alias the ugly profile field URLs that otherwise get URLencoded into something more readable. However there doesn't seem to be any way to do this. My own research has led nowhere.
I have installed Drupal 5 (cvs), and got the basic site working. I downloaded few cvs modules like CCk, Articles etc, put them in directories under the modules directory, but when I go to the /admin/settings/modules page, I do not see any of these modules. Hence I cannot enable them. Any idea why this might happen.
I noticed that there is a default.profile with a default_profile_modules() method. DO I need to override this to see these modules
