How can i regenerate the cached pages automatically?
I have a sortable view that span many pages.
Several combinations of the same data are cached depending on the url used.
The cache count is about 15000 rows.
When i clear the cache table using "delete from cache;" the cache table slowly rebuilds, in chunks of 2000 rows every few minutes.
However, since the view is ram intensive, for our capacity, the server crashes continually.
Once the cache returns to normal the server no longer gets saturated.
Hi all. First off let me apologize because this may not be the right forum, and its a big question. (or maybe not?)
I have an existing drupal site that's running fine. We came across a "business problem" that we'd like to have our drupal site solve.
The problem is: we have a list of sales with data (county, sale price, sale type (hospital, golf course, Apartment, Greenhouse, etc, etc), sale date, address, year built, total area, etc, etc). We also have a tiff image of the sale and supporting documentation.
As the title says, anyway to increase the granularity of the weight range? It is quite limiting, and hard to use compared to some other CMS.
Values from -100/100 would be useful.
Is this something that can be changed site wide? Or is it module specific?
I just installed 5.1 this week, and have been making some changes and adding modules. I just realized that my site shows the folder name "drupal-5.1" example: www.site.com/drupal-5.1/node/2
I would like to change the name of the folder, but wasn't sure if it would mess everything up. Or, is there a better way to mask it?
FYI, this is my first CMS, so I am green with the terminology.
How do I make the Search box disappear from the left block? When choosing the Search box from the menus admin and placing it in the 'Right Column' it creates a new one, and leaves another search box in the left column.
I am also trying to create a front page, or perhaps entry page for each section with no left navigation. Where do I hide the left block altogether?
Thanks.
Anyone working on improving UI in Garland or others? My chops are IA, UI and usability, CSS, minimal php.
I just started using FeedBurner recently and ran into a problem; my FeedBurner feed is covered in broken images. How can I fix this? I don't necessarily need images in my feed. How can I get rid of these images? Do I need to assess the problem through my Drupal configuration or through my FeedBurner configuration?
