I've learned to template pages, views and content types pretty well and I have my site looking pretty much the way I eant, but I'm not crazy about the generic look of the category menus. Is there a way to template te nodes in the category module's menus?
If possible I'd even like to be able to apply different templates to menus in different categories.
I've installed fckeditor and configured spellerpages and aspell on my server. I've confirmed aspell is working fine, but I can't get the spellcheck in fckeditor working.
What happens is I will click the spell check button, the popup appears and says "spell check in progress..." then just a blank white frame. If I click any button, it says "Error: word frame not available".
OK, my site will feature a content-type that will hold a Flash-based slideshow...but I'm not able to get what I want using the CCK, Image, and Content Templates
This is essentially what I want...each Flash Slideshow node contains:
A title
Taxonomy terms
A static image that represents the slideshow...this is displayed in the teaser and list views
Three input fields, for the height, width, and file location of the Flash file
The body text field to hold a description.
I have added a 'real name' field to the user profile and would like to substitute that for any place that show the author (specifically forum topics and comments). Has anyone tackled this before or have an elegant way to do it?
It seems like I can only turn off the Author/Date/Time stamp by Content Type, not by template, or publishing type (teaser, short and long versions).
I deally I would like to not show the author/date/time stamp on teasers promoted to the home page, but keep it whn on the node itself. This option does not exist, correct? Likewise there are not options to control this in templates it seems. I can only turn it on or off for a content type.
Has anyone heard of interest in this before? Any UI, usability folks in the house?
