Is it possible to call the contents of specific fields into a PHP script running in the same node? For example, let's say a node type exists that has a field for product number (SKU) and I want to call that variable into a function. I noticed that PHP snippets can be inserted directly into fields, but I have no idea:
1) If individual field contents are callable by variable name, OR
I slowly tested my clients site on my dreamhost account at /domainname.com/new so that I could test it without being visible to public. Now, rather than moving the site up one folder level I just remapped my domain to /domainname.com/new. However, different things STILL map to "domainname.com/new/" which on the server maps to "/root/new/new".... Searching, voting on a poll, logging out, and then posting comments (after prieving them) all fail since they try to go to a folder that doesnt exist (ie.
I'd like to view the entire articles from my new feed. Currently when I view, say, /aggregator/sources/5, I see the title of the article, a few lines of teaser, and the category name.
How to do change the way the RSS feed is displayed on this page?
I was upgrading a website from 5.0 to 5.1. I assume all I have to do is copy over the new files (not overwriting the config/theme/contrib files).
Any way, I noticed that there was a modules directory inside the modules directory, giving me httpdocs/modules/modules/... The files for the core modules existed in both places modules and modules/modules. I deleted the extra modules directory and then the site was broken. Recreating the modules/modules directory and filling it with the new 5.1 files fixed the problem. But I don't really want to leave it this way.
I don't like the way Google News search results appear on my news aggregator page. On their search search Google News lists an article and then related articles below. The first article title is larger than the ones below. The same thing happens when Google News results are displayed on the Drupal news aggregator page. But I find this very messy.
By contrast, everything appears nicely when using an RSS feed Yahoo News.
Does anyone have a workaround for this? I'd really like to use Google News search results RSS feeds.
