Problem with upload files for some users

After update Drupal to 5.20, some users do not upload any files (attachment) to node. Admin does not have problem to upload anything.

Drupal note: "The selected file can not be attached to this post, because the disk quota of 5 MB has been reached."

If I check size of disk quota, it is alright in upload module. Uploading file is not bigger than disk quota. Any help?

Upgrading to 6.14 : cron.php doesn't work anymore

After upgrading to Drupal 6.14, cron.php doesn't work anymore, either automatically run by crontab or manually run via mysite.com/cron.php; it simply returns a white screen.

My site is a news aggregator site.

How did I upgrade? In the root folder, I delete all files and folders, except /sites, /theme, robots.txt, and .htaccess; I then drop Drupal 6.14 files in the root folder. It worked everytime before.

Anyone knows why cron.php doesn't work for Drupa. 6.14?

Thank you!

Fresh 6.1.4 install shows as 6.1.3 and warns for upgrade

Hi,

I just made a totally fresh 6.1.4 install into a new database. Right after the basic install it shows it is 6.1.3 and warns me that there is a critical update 6.1.4.
