I'm yet another user who had problem after the 6.15 -> 6.16 upgrade. I followed all the instruction in the UPGRADE.txt and read the documentation online.
The first time I upgraded, I was unable to get to any of the pages...I kept getting the 404 error. So I removed the download and put my original 6.15 database back and 6.15 worked again.
I then did a fresh download of the update and once again followed the instruction in UPGRADE.txt and now I am getting the following message when I run update.php:
I performed an upgrade exactly according to the instructions in UPGRADE.txt.
Site works fine. 'system.module' says it is version 6.16 but the status report still says my site is not secure and available updates tells me I'm still running 6.15 and should upgrade to 6.16.
I just upgraded my drupal 6.15 website to 6.16 and I found that the 'Available updates' page doesn't work now and when I click 'check manually' it gives me an error message. I upgraded two different websites both having the same problem...
I'm a Drupal newbie so I apologize if I'm asking a stupid question but...
I just upgraded from Drupal 7 alpha 1 to alpha 2. I changed the administrative theme from the default to "Forest Floor (7.x-1.x-dev)" and now I get the white screen of death on any administration page. Is there a hack I can use to reset the administrative theme back to the default?
