Upgrading Drupal

Hi, when I´m about to upload a logotype on my site, a error message appears as following:
"The selected file /hsphere/local/home/keinen/mysite.com/sites/default/temp/my_logo.png could not be copied."

First I thought it was a problem of permessions so I gave all the folders full permissions, (777), this diden´t change anything though.

I´m pretty new to Drupal so I´m stuck and would really need som help! Does anyone know what the problem might be?

when i update the modules, it shows an error:

the error page shows that:

Trying to do a minor update. Following the usual protocol ( offline, mods off, etc.) Updated mods (FCKeditor, Views, CSS Injector & Amazon) are all uploaded to the server.

As I try to run update.php it gets stuck on >Select Updates page, every time I click "update" button it returns to the same page.

If I try to do anything (turn on a module, change theme, edit a node, etc.) the change is ignored.

Anyone have this problem, any suggestions for a remedy?

After running update.php to update my site to drupal 6.16 javascript on my site has become disable. For example I can't expand the FCK fieldset, views is not showing in a long list rather than tabs. None of the views slideshow are working. Has anyone encountered this problem? If so, does any one know how to fix it.

Hi I recently applied updates to my test drupal install and i now have a .htaccess file in sites/default/files which i think is locking me out. But i can't change it to add back the permissions or delete the file i've check the CHMOD setting and i've changes them to 777 to try and edit it. but no luck. Can this be changes within Drupal admin? or is there some other way around it?

I have a Drupal 6.x (latest version). Recently I'm getting a RED Box saying I have critical error, when I click on link, I see it says I have critical updates for some modules. I saw it says Views 6.x-2.1 should be 6.x-2.10. Also internalization module is 6.x-1.3 should be 1.4
