Upgrading Drupal

Hello,
I upgraded my drupal 6 instalation into 7.24. The olny thing which doesn't work is php filter. The module is enabled, php format is set (php and change url into links is checked) but when I enter some php code, it display it as plain text.

What's wrong.
Idisabled and enabled the module, updated all modules to the nowest vesrsions, update database.
Please help.

I updated this morning a Drupal site with the last version 7.24
After this update, I have nothing in Admin pages.
It's the same for all the admin pages.
I have run update.php, which tells me that everything is ok.

After a recent upgrade from D6 to D7 I found that VAT handling in ubercart has changed drastically.

Where it was easy to show prices inclusive of VAT and where the customer would see the price inclusive or not inclusive based on their country after it wat entered on the checkout page, prices now only inlude VAT on the product page but not in their order overview if they have placed an order.

It is mandatory in the Netherlands to have prices include VAT or to mention that they do not include VAT.

My site got crashed during security update, I am not sure what is the issue here

I have a simple site that I'm hosting on Bluehost. I received an automated notice today that I needed to upgrade to 7.24 b/c of a vulnerability. I followed all of the instructions and everything seems to have worked EXCEPT for the .htaccess modifications specified in SA-CORE-2013-003 with respect to the temporary files directory.

I am trying to upgrade from drupal 6 to drupal 7 :
I am getting this error :

Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_language_links() in /var/www/html/myuwebsite/themes/garland/page-front.tpl.php on line 42

I request help solve this problem,
