Upgrading Drupal

I am trying to migrate from a drupal 7 site (all modules & core latest version) to a drupal 8 site and I keep getting the error

The d6_d7_acl_table plugin must define the source_module property (using the web migrate tool)

(drupal 8.7.0, php versions both 7.0.33 & 7.2 tried, 5.5.5-10.2.23-MariaDB, Memory limit 128M - my own cpanel server, so I have full access)

Very recently I updated to Drupal 8.7.0 (from the previous release 8.6....), and switched the database system from PHP 5.6 to 7 on my provider via Cpanel for compatibility reasons (as Drupal required to do so). The database files are in their 5.6.41-84.1 version.

Now each time that I try to edit, duplicate or delete a view as well as when I go under Configuration/System/Basic Site Settings I got an "500 internal server error".  If try to add a view and it refuses to create it.

I can add content as usual, and as a visitor I can visit the website without any error.

Hi everyone, I state that it's the first time that I find myself using drupal. 

I migrated a site to drupal on a new server. 

The current version of drupale is 7.65 and I passed drupal from php 5 to php 7. 

I solved several problems with switching to php 7 using different patches. 

The only problem I can't solve is adding a product to the cart that gives me this error:

Hi,

Today I tried to upgrade our website to drupal 7.66.  It was giving a 404 message so I decided to roll back and look at it another time.

I deleted the contents of PUBLIC_HTML and restored from a backup file by copying the files.

Now our homepage just shows 'Index of /' https://eerr.org.uk/

Any help would be much appreciated.

Currently at 6.14 and updating to 6.38, then upgrading to 7.66

I am very confused how to handle this module.

Per the bolded text below, this module has to be installed before doing the D7 upgrade ?  ( we do use CCK )
