Upgrading Drupal

After upgrading from Drupal 7 to Drupal 8.8.7 on Red Hat Linux, scripts in cgi-bin folder no longer work. 

Apache error_log shows the following message.

AH01215: Can't locate CGI.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /usr/lib64/perl5/vendor_perl /usr/local/lib64/perl5 /usr/local/share/perl5 /usr/share/perl5/vendor_perl /usr/lib64/perl5 /usr/share/perl5

I am using Theme MAYO on Drupal 8.9. Is there a chance to use MAYO on Drupal 9, is there anybody who can adapt it to Drupal 9!

Hi everybody :

After a hard work I got my D7 web migrated to D8.  But there´s a problem : I have all of my blog entries in D8 database but my Blog posts entry  tells :

{{ arguments.uid }} has not created any blog entries.

All D7 blog entries appear as Entrada de bitacora (Spanish traslation) in database but they are not grouped in Blog.

Is there any solution different from copy & paste all entries in D8 blog?

I recently upgraded a D8 site to D9 using Composer. However, I have since come across an issue when I use the site's existing Bartik theme. I have since found out that in D9, Bartik no longer extends Classy as its' base theme. 

Q: For existing D8 sites that have a customised v8 Bartik theme that use Classy, how can a v8 Bartik theme be successfully transitioned to v9 (as part of the D8 -> D9 upgrade process) when Classy no longer extends? Doing a clean install of Drupal 9, there is no problems using the core Bartik theme that comes as part of the install.

I am quite unexperienced with Drupal and I need desperately to solve this problem for my customer since we cannot access the newspaper website at minhodigital.com.

I am running Drupal 7, and yesterday while trying to update the outdated modules together with the Drupal core files, everything went wrong.

Just before the site became unavailable there were error new messages popping up like "You have reached 10 remote images threshold", and some uploaded images didn't appear in the articles, even though some of them could be seen in the media library.

I have created a custom migration module that simply imports users from a D7 site using Migrate Plus.  

I have five roles that get imported and it looks something like this:
