Missing plugin after update

I updated Core from 9.0.1 to 9.0.2 and now I get:

 Drupal\Component\Plugin\Exception\PluginNotFoundException: The "condition_group" plugin
 does not exist. Valid plugin IDs for Drupal\Core\Condition\ConditionManager are:
 entity_bundle:block

How do I fix this?

And the Drupal versions list on this page needs to be updated!

Drupal 9.0.1 backup module

Trying to install Backup and Migrate Module onto 9.0.1

The latest stable version isnt compatible so tried the dev version. The composer install failed (" Could not find a matching version of package drupal/backup_migrate.") but the dev version tar download worked, on trying to enable the newly installed module I got "The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later.", when I retried it reported success but I can find no config page for backup (either from Configuraiton or from selecting the module under Extend).

Migrate from drupal 7 to 8 and archives and files

I want to migrate my site created with Drupal 7 to Drupal 8 (to later migrate to Drupal 9). I have tried to use the "Migrate" module but some doubts have arisen:

-My website is currently online (www.dcine.org) and I am afraid of losing everything. If I try to migrate the web, passing files from one version to another (files, images, etc.) Are they lost in the Drupal 7 version? They are deleted? Or do they continue in the same way?

Host doesn't have required versions for D9 upgrade

I've been with my current dedicated server company for quite a while now, but I'm having trouble finding a way to get the requirements so I can upgrade all the sites to Drupal 9. I started to check around for a new company, and I keep finding the same problems. I'm curious if others are having a similar problem, and where people are finding server companies that do fit the requirements.
