Still on Drupal 7? Security support for Drupal 7 ended on 5 January 2025. Please visit our Drupal 7 End of Life resources page to review all of your options.
I know, this is a long shot. 10 years ago I build a pretty extensive store (www.JudaicArtStudio.com) using v6. It has worked adequately but has now run into problems with Webform not sending out emails.
In addition, most of the modules I used are no longer even available for download, and there are a few security updates pending.
I recently updated my drupal site's core from 8.9.9 to 8.9.10. I had no issues doing this locally, and I had assumed that pushing changes to my code/db/files up to Acquia's Cloud Dev would cause the core update to also be reflected in the cloud version of the site. However, the cloud version still says I'm on 8.9.9 and need to update. Not sure what the problem is, any advice would be appreciated.
Today I updated Drupal core from 7.73 to 7.75 (security update from 26 November 2020). Something doesn't look right:
On Status report it shows: Drupal 7.75 but in Available Updates it still shows as 7.73 and update to 7.75 is required. I have a profile installation so I left the following folders unchanged: Modules, Profiles, Sites and Themes. The rest is replaced.
We've just uploaded the latest version of Drupal 7 over FTP, and we're now running https://www.example.com/update.php
We get to the Review Updates point, where we receive an error:
User error: Failed to connect to memcache server: 127.0.0.1:11211 in dmemcache_object() (line 415 of /home/user/releases/20190530102737/sites/all/modules/contrib/memcache/dmemcache.inc).
Select all the files in the top-level directory (also hidden files starting with a dot) as well as the 'core' and 'vendor' directories, and delete them. Be sure not to delete the 'modules', 'profiles', 'sites', and 'themes' directories.
