I upgraded from Drupal 7 to Drupal 9 and the core functionality is working as needed but while finalizing the Drupal 9 configuration, the production Drupal 7 version has had new content, users, categories added.
How do I now update the Drupal 9 site with the new content that was added to the Drupal 7 production site?
Notified of Chaos Tools Suite update today. Downloaded and installed update and now get this error.
Only one file is listed so I don't know where the function was already declared.

Tried upgrading the module and packages and i get this when I access the site

Hello everyone, I'm new in Drupal and I'm working on project, in this moment I try to update PHP and Upgrade Drupal version from 7.73 to 8, and I have a question, what's the easiest way to upgrade this two object, if someone can explain me how to do it will be perfect.
This issue has reared its ugly head again in D9.0.6. I properly removed the phpmailer module (in the GUI) and then with composer remove in D8.9.6 before the upgrade. The status report page throws this error:
